Consider this undercarriage cleaner from HP Components. This easy-to-use and maneuver unit includes 3 nozzles set low to the ground for low-clearance vehicle undercarriages. 

This unit uses a trombone value to open and close the flow of chemicals as needed.  In the pictures below, please note the blue valve and the 2 different positions.

3 OPTIONAL extender lances that allow the user the ability to clean undercarriages with a higher clearance are also available. Each kit contains 3 extenders.
