CarPro SkysBlu perfume includes a small plastic seal beneath the wood cork, which must be removed to activate the product. Directions:

1. Unscrew wood cork lid.
2. Remove plastic seal.
3. Screw cork lid back in securely.
4. Securely hang or place in position that it will not fall over.  
5. Must remain upright, do not tip the bottle or allow it to remain in any other orientation.
